Refund Policy:
Should you wish to cancel your services with us for any reason we will provide you with a full refund for the time remaining upon notification by phone, fax, mail, or email.
If there was a discount previously offered for pre-paying that will be reduced accordingly (For example: One year of service was pre-paid and received a 15% discount. If canceled after three months, the difference between the three month discount (5%) and twelve month discount (15%) would be deducted from your refund).
Our refund policy does not apply to any purchases which clearly stated that the sale was final. Setup fees or any fees incurred by us on your behalf (domain names, SSL certificates, etc) which are not refundable to us will not be refunded to you.
